We are honored that the Israeli father/daughter pair, Moussa and Odeleya Berlin, agreed to share their vast knowledge and experience of Hasidic music with us. The workshop focused on nigunim, melodies with a spiritual intent, and their travels and transformations from their original homes in Eastern Europe to Israel. This unique repertoire is rarely heard outside of Hasidic communities. The workshop participants invite you to share with them their journey of learning and discovery in this special presentation.
